I have never had a bad experience with Angelique. I have received a few tattoos and a have never left then anything less than completely satisfied. The shop is always clean and professionally. So when my son wanted his first tattoo I didn't hesitate to take him here. I will definitely be back for more in the future.

Phoenix Ink and Beauty is a great place. Lique the tattoo artist is very professional , the shop is clean and orderly. The other girls who do hair and nails there are always very welcoming and friendly. My appointments have always been started on time. The shop has a very casual atmosphere and I've always been satisfied with the service I received. I love going here and I'm anxious to see this piece finished. I highly recommend this establishment, 5 stars all day. -Update- I've been having my scars covered as a participant in the ART OF HEALING program for about 4 months now and I couldn't be happier. This process has been incredibly beneficial in so many ways. I have so much gratitude for Lique and her talents she so kindly offers through this program. She is an incredible listener and very empathetic. I will always be a supporter of this business and encourage others to come check the place out. It is located behind the ups store on Leavitt rd in Amherst. Look for deals and specials on services too, and I believe they started taking "after pay " also. Ps Lique does the best job I've seen at any shop on "sewn on patch" style tattoos!

Everyone at Phoenix Ink & Beauty was welcoming and helpful. The shop was very clean and well organized. The tattoo artist, Angelique carefully explained the procedure and made sure I knew exactly what to expect before, during and after the tattooing process. All of the information was also sent to me via email. Everything went well and I had no complications. I now have a tattoo that is much sweeter than I anticipated. This was my first tattoo, and I am already looking forward to my next!
